Achieving a sustainable economic growth requires providing capital and other factors of  production. In order to fulfill this need in societies, financial markets evolve constantly. In fact, developing financial markets cause economic development. After liberalizing prices, especially those of forms of energy, and acquisition of the Iranian government finances following the enforcement of targeted subsidy plan, people were provided with the collected resources in order to make up for the increase of household expenditures. Enforcing this law along with some other economic problems, including the sanctions against Iran lead into stagflation. Hence, some models need to be formulated in order to exit this situation. This study is a descriptive content analysis one using library resources tries to investigate the hypothesis whether designing Istisna securities using the cash subsides paid to the caretakers which can finance production infrastructures well enough through financial markets and the Iranian banking  system. With respect to proposed models that each of them is  based either on Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek or on  debt buying, the model of production support Istisna securities based on Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek with an emphasis on the Iranian banking system is recognized as the best model. تقربیاٌ همه کشورها با رویکردهای مختلف، رشد اقتصادی را در کنار سایر اهداف اقتصادی و اجتماعی خود به طور جدی دنبال می‌کنند. از جمله ملزومات دستیابی به رشد اقتصادی پایدار، فراهم‌ نمودن سرمایه در کنار سایر عوامل تولید می‌باشد. بازارهای مالی جهت پاسخگویی به این نیاز جوامع، روز به روز تکامل می‌یابند. در واقع، توسعۀ بازارهای مالی منجر به رشد اقتصادی می‌شود.در ایران، پس از آزادسازی قیمت‌ها، خصوصاً قیمت حامل‌های انرژی و کسب منابع مالی دولت در اثر اجرای عملی قانون هدفمندی یارانه‌ها، منابع حاصله جهت جبران افزایش مخارج خانوارها در اختیار مردم قرار‌گرفت. اجرای این طرح در کنار سایر مشکلات اقتصادی از جمله تحریم‌های اقتصادی، سبب ایجاد شرایط رکود تورمی در اقتصاد کشور شده‌است. بنابراین، ضرورت طراحی الگوهایی برای خروج از این شرایط ضروری می‌نماید. مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوی با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای به بررسی این فرضیه می‌پردازد که «طراحی اوراق استصناع با استفاده از یارانه‌ها‌ی نقدی پرداختی به سرپرستان خانوارها، می‌تواند منابع مالی لازم برای تأمین مالی طرح‌های زیرساخت تولیدی از طریق بازار سرمایه و نظام بانکی کشور را فراهم کند». براساس الگوهای معرفی شده که هر کدام بر دو نوع اجاره به شرط تملیک و خرید دین می‌باشند، الگوی اوراق استصناع حمایت از تولید مبتنی بر اجاره به شرط تملیک با تأکید بر نظام بانکی به عنوان الگوی برتر معرفی می‌گردد. https://ifr.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_1049_3fbe882faa69a3d9a79031618dd9b762.pdf
